IDT developed a one-step master mix that allows customers to go directly from sample collection to PCR, removing the need for traditional extraction steps. This talk will explore the benefits and review data of extraction-free (direct amplification) PCR for the identification of targets in a variety of sample types, including urine, saliva, nasopharyngeal, stool, leaf punches, and cell cultures.
