WEBINAR
NGS solutions for oncology research: User friendly targeted sequencing approaches

Available on-demand

Optimizing cfDNA and FFPE sequencing with IDT’s xGen technology

Join us for an exclusive webinar about the cfDNA and FFPE workflow for highly degraded samples. Learn about IDT’s library prep solution for this type of sample, and how to leverage the new streamlined xGen Hybridization-Capture System, designed for >10x shorter hybridization times, improved library input flexibility, and seamless automation adaptation.

Learn about a complete solution that offers:

  • DNA library preparation from highly degraded research samples, including at a VAF of ≤1%
  • High conversion rates compared to TA-ligation-based methods with novel ligase and highly modified adapters
  • Hybridization-capture without pre-heating, hot-liquid handling, and temperature-sensitive urgency
  • High performance with just one-hour hybridization incubations
