Staff Scientist, Integrated DNA Technologies
Sarah Beaudoin is a Staff Scientist in the Enzyme Evolution research group at IDT. Sarah graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University, where she was an undergraduate research fellow working on the biocatalytic synthesis of chiral lactones. She earned her Ph. D. in Biochemistry from the University of Florida in 2017, where her research focus was the synthesis of non-natural amino acids using threonine aldolase. She joined IDT in 2018 and her recent work has focused on reverse transcriptase evolution and master mix development.
